LEGO® Lamborghini Sián FKP 37

This was really hard work.. I have been building Lego since I was 8 so I am not new to this and I have built the Porsche and the Bugatti but this model really pushes you.. I have to say I do love the car the lines shapes and engineering that has gone into this is great and was a must to the collection, The book could have been much better and I am a bit upset by all the different shades of green you get but I am hoping this is because it was one of the first off the line making it unique, They say you can build this in 9 hours. . . Well it took me nearly 9 hours to do box 1 ..Ha ha .. . Enjoy the photos.

Been a lego fan for over 40 years and every time a new Technic car is released I swear they get better and better. The Bugatti was awesome, but the Lamborghini is by far my favorite. The Detail and contour of the front section and back are just ingenious. Absolutely love the way it looks. (Wish the Shades of green were consistent, but in plastics this happens..) Over all awesome car and fun build (Well more like a love hate build.. You're so anxious to see it all complete, but look at the pieces count and pages and then start asking yourself WHY?!?!?). When completed it is so worth it!

This car is brilliant value for money. My build time was around 30 hours and very satisfying when it was completed. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a challenging build. The engineering by Lego is amazing. I'm grateful for the printed pieces rather than added stickers. Furthermore, the time and effort put into the packaging and instruction book is justified by the price.

Building this Lamborghini was very fun and tricky at the same time. This is probably the coolest Lego set I have ever gotten, cuz, I mean, if a Lamborghini isn't cool, then what is? I have built other 16+ or 18+ Lego sets before, and I gotta say, building them is a bit tough, but i do it fairly successfully, and this Lambo was no exception. There were a couple little inconveniences when building this, one was a missing piece, and one was a gear in the drivetrain I put in the wrong place, and had to backtrack about 60 steps. For some reason, I am just amused with the buttons right behind the roof that, when pushed, open the upward opening doors. I love those doors. I have heard complaints about this build that on the spoiler there were slightly different shades of green, but I don't really have it on mine. Oh and by the way, this is the most expensive, most pieces, biggest, and most advanced Lego car set there is right now. It feels special to have this set. It really does.

I have the Porsche and Bugatti sets and Lego just keeps getting better at coming up with cool features to incorporate in their models. The cleverly hidden, yet functional, linkages to open the scissor doors and raise the rear spoiler were awesome. I also liked the transmission and paddle shifting on this model better - very smooth and great that you can see it switching gears through the bottom window. There were a few things that could have been better. Some of the green pieces color didn't match, being slightly yellowish. The instructions binding split easily. The packaging, while interesting, was not as well done as the Bugatti. Still, overall, this is a great model. It constantly amazes me how Lego can mimic such complex shapes as the rear spoiler and body panel s with there elements.
